Have a "Ball" This Holiday Season

These are some of the best sweet treats that I have ever had and they are so easy!

Cookie Dough Truffles
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp.vanilla
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (3/4 c. if no nuts)
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
1 1/2 lb. almond bark

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add next 5 ingredients. Chill for 1-2 hrs. Form into 1" balls. Chill again until firm. Dip into melted almond bark. (Use a double boiler to heat almond bark and keep warm while dipping. microwave + almond bark = not good.) Place on wax paper lined pan and keep chilled in refrigerator or freezer until serving.

Oreo Balls

1 pkg. oreos
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 lb. almond bark

In food processor, combine oreos and cream cheese until well blended and no chunks. Form into 1" balls. Chill for 1-2 hrs. Dip into melted almond bark. Place on wax paper lined pan and keep chilled until serving.

Cake Balls

1 Boxed Cake Mix ( I tried Spice Cake)
1 Can Frosting (I tried Cream Cheese)
1 1/2 lb. almond Bark

Bake cake as directed. Crumble into fine, uniform crumbs. Stir in icing until velvety. (You may choose the cake and icing flavors to personalize this recipe) Chill for 1-2 hrs. Form into 1 " balls. Chill again. Once firm, dip into melted almond bark and place on wax paper lined pan. Keep chilled until serving.
Enjoy!
