TWOC: Homemade Gifts

For Week 5 of The Twelve Weeks of Christmas we are posting ideas for Homemade Gifts, but first I want to share our giveaway item. It is a beautiful and unique Christmas accent piece that is handmade with love by Jayne from My Song Within. If you are participating in TWOC, it is very likely that you have received one of her heartfelt comments on your blog. Such a sweet spirit! She makes one-of-a-kind handcrafted items that you may check out at her website. This is what one participant from Week 5 will win:

This unusual wire, horizontal black frame holds a great new holiday decoration for your home. A Merry Christmas message on warm-white card stock on the front side; a piece of sheet music taken from an old copy of Bach's "Mass in B Minor" is on the back side.

The picture is held in place by just sliding it into the wire clips on the top and bottom of the frame; embellished with rhinestones, red and green taffeta ribbon and a little pine cone pick; the handcrafted picture is 4 x 6. The frame measures 14 1/2 h X 6 1/2 w X 6 1/2 d.

Isn't this gorgeous!? I hope you win--I really do! All you have to do to be entered in the Week 5 giveaway is create a post that somehow relates to Homemade Gifts and link to the end of this post. Be sure to grab the TWOC button on my sidebar!
Want to be entered in the giveaway but not able to link a Homemade post? Leave a comment that you are a follower who wants to WIN and I will enter you as well!

Do both and you are entered twice! Yipee!

  5. I hope your family all feel well again soon! I feel like I've somehow lost the last two weeks too. My dd brought h1n1 home and it has been going through the ranks. Thankfully we've all been recovering without complications, but it was a pretty rotten dose. Remember Mom's not supposed to get sick! :)

I LOVE this week's giveaway! (Pick me! Pick me!)

  24. My friend Jenny recommended your blog and I am visiting for the very first time. I'd love to win the giveaway and I confess Im not even sure what you mean by linking a homemade post. If it is copying and pasting the box at the top on my own blog, I can do that. I dont have a craft site but I do have a blog and a web site. Robin in N.C.
