I recieved this info from Lilly's mom today:
We got a call from oncologist this morning. She said all the doctors looked at the MRI & they believe Lilly has a bone infection. As of right now they do not believe this is consistent with cancer. So, we got an apt at 1 with an orthopedic doctor. He said "Common things are common. None of what is happening with Lilly is common." He could not give diagnosis. They will biopsy & culture on Thursday at 8:45 am. They will immediately begin antibiotic. We might have more answers a week from Friday. It takes time to grow cultures & get test results.
